These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Masood Optical website, online store, payment verification tools, and related services. By browsing, registering, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using the site on behalf of another person, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that are fraudulent, abusive, or used in violation of these Terms.

• Customer accounts are for shopping and order tracking.
• Admin access is restricted to authorized staff only.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We aim to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. Minor variations in color, finish, or availability may occur. Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or availability errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund of any verified payment.

When you order prescription lenses, you confirm that the values and lens options you submit are correct. Custom eyewear prepared to your specifications may be non-returnable once production has started, except where required by law or where we made an error.

Our online tools help you choose lens types and coatings; they do not replace a professional eye examination. For complex prescriptions, we recommend visiting the store.

Please review your prescription carefully before checkout. Changes after production begins may incur additional costs.

An order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order and, where applicable, verify your payment.

Processing times vary based on stock, lens fabrication, and verification status. We will keep you informed of material delays when possible.

• In-store pickup or delivery options (if offered) will be shown at checkout or confirmed by our team.
• You must provide a reachable phone number for order updates.
• Risk of loss for delivered goods transfers according to the courier’s terms once the parcel is handed over.

Unless otherwise agreed, orders are paid by bank transfer to our official Meezan Bank account details published on the site. Always verify the account title, number, and IBAN before transferring.

After payment, submit your Transaction ID through our verification process. Orders typically remain pending until payment is verified by our team.

• Transfer the exact order amount when possible to speed up matching.
• Fraudulent or mismatched verification submissions may delay or cancel the order.
• We are not responsible for transfers sent to incorrect accounts that do not belong to us.

You may request cancellation before payment verification and before custom work begins. Once lenses are cut or frames are customized, cancellation may not be possible.

Unused stock frames in original condition may be eligible for exchange or return within a reasonable period as confirmed by our staff. Hygiene, prescription, and custom items are generally final sale.

Contact us promptly with your order details if you believe there is a manufacturing or order error — we will make it right.

All website content, branding, logos, product photography, and design elements of Masood Optical are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, resold, or reused without written permission.

Product brand names shown in the catalog belong to their respective owners and are used for identification of genuine eyewear we sell.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access admin areas or other users’ accounts without authorization.
• Submit false payment verification details or abuse our systems.
• Upload malware, scrape the site aggressively, or interfere with security features.
• Use the site for unlawful purposes under the laws of Pakistan.

The website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Product warranties, if any, follow the manufacturer’s or our store policy as communicated at the time of sale.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Masood Optical and its owners, staff, and suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, including delays caused by banks, couriers, or force majeure events.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, inaccurate prescription data you provided, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in the jurisdiction of our principal place of business shall have exclusive venue for disputes, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in products, payments, or legal requirements. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
